What does it mean to be a retailer?

Your role as a retailer

As a reseller, you market and sell our pre-packaged products and services to your own customers. Your remuneration is based on sales and subscriptions taken out by your customers, giving you the opportunity for both recurring and direct revenue. Of course, the more you sell, the more you get paid.

You will be an advisor to your customers, helping them find the right solutions and offering first-hand support. You can also add value by offering your consulting hours.

What you can expect from us

We offer training and certification to give you everything you need, both in sales and technology. We handle the invoicing to the end customer, and you get a direct payment when the contract goes through. We are ready for 2nd line support if needed and we provide you with marketing material. As a reseller, you will work closely with one of our experienced Partner Sales Managers (PSM) who will be your main contact with us.

As a reseller with us, you will be supported by a personal Partner Sales Manager (PSM) and Technical Account Manager (TAM).

Help during sales calls

We can be present during your first sales calls and demonstrations of the services to help you, or just be on hand to answer technical questions. Your Key Account Manager will also support you in designing and closing deals.

Fast 2nd line support

You own the contact with your customers and handle sales and support. We take care of 2nd line support with a response time of under 2 minutes if you need help. Our partner support always gets top marks from our resellers.

Onboarding

You will quickly and easily learn about our product benefits, target groups and the customer journey through the Partner Program. You’ll gain insights into sales, demand creation and strategy. Your Partner Sales Manager and our blog will keep you constantly updated.
