Call Waiting
Activate ‘call waiting’ on both mobile phone and in settings, or via feature codes.
Call waiting allows you to receive a new call while you are already on another. You will be notified of the incoming call and can easily switch between calls without ending anything.

A colleague can answer a call that rings to another, unanswered extension.

Take over an incoming call to another member of your queue member group before answering it.
