As our switchboard is integrated with national numbering systems, you can see who is calling – even if the contact is not saved. Agents in your switchboard can see whether the caller is using their landline or mobile number, and whether they are from a queue. You can also choose which number you want to show when calling, or if you want to hide it completely. Specific numbers can also be blocked or prioritized. Use your company’s main number internally, with internal caller ID as the extension number.
