Choose to integrate with Touch Technologies or GuardREC to help you comply with laws and regulations like MiFiD II. You can also identify callers with our BankID integration for added security. Outgoing and incoming calls are recorded and stored for 24 months, and it’s easy to add or remove recordings.
Remember: You need authorization to listen to the recorded calls. Administrators with rights can access all recorded calls.
