With our popular Call Recording feature, you can record incoming calls that come to your landlines, mobile numbers and to your queuing system. You can use your recorded calls for training, security and compliance purposes.

Choose to integrate with Touch Technologies or GuardREC to help you comply with laws and regulations like MiFiD II. You can also identify callers with our BankID integration for added security. Outgoing and incoming calls are recorded and stored for 24 months, and it’s easy to add or remove recordings.

Remember: You need authorization to listen to the recorded calls. Administrators with rights can access all recorded calls.
