Full control over calls
With Telavox in Teams, you get access to a range of features that make call management easy and flexible:
- Incoming call notifications: Get notifications directly in Teams and manage calls there. Transfer calls, or choose to answer them from your landline, mobile or PBX.
- Flexible caller ID: Decide which number is displayed when you call out – whether it’s your mobile number, fixed office number or company switchboard number.
- Outlook integration: All your contacts from Outlook Exchange are available, so you can call them directly, whether they use Teams or not.
