We understand that questions may arise in connection with a swimming card change. Here are the channels available to help you:

When it is time to change your SIM card, you will receive an SMS giving you the option to choose between eSIM or a physical SIM card. If you choose a physical SIM card, you will need to enter your delivery address. Please note that delivery may take some time, which may delay access to 5G. Therefore, we recommend that you choose eSIM, if your phone supports it, as it is a faster and smoother process.

Check if your phone supports eSIM.

If you haven’t received your SIM card within a week of ordering, you can order a new one. If your phone supports eSIM, we recommend that you order an eSIM instead, which you can easily do yourself via your computer.

If you order a new physical SIM card, we will send it within two working days, and it will be activated with your new number. If you receive the first ordered SIM card before the new one arrives, contact us and we can easily activate it for you. There is no extra cost to order a new SIM card and delivery is free.
