Automatic updates
Avoid manual updates of contact information in Telavox. When someone changes their address, title or organisation in Entra ID, that information is automatically updated in Telavox. Choose between daily updates or manual synchronisations.

The administrator carrying out the integration must be a Global Administrator or User Administrator in Microsoft 365.

The following permissions are required:
“User.Read.All”
“GroupMember.Read.All”
Install from the Telavox admin portal
1. Install the “Admin Connect”-app
In the Telavox admin portal, go to the App Directory and add the Admin Connect app.
2. Activate external synchronisation
In the Telavox admin portal, go to Users. -> Other settings
Activate the Allow external synchronisation option for each user who should be synchronised.
3. Ensure matching email addresses
Make sure the user’s email address in Telavox is identical to the email address in Microsoft Entra ID for the synchronisation to work.
