Frequently asked questions about AI Assist

Yes. AI Assist is built on call recording. If the call is not recorded, it cannot be transcribed.

The user receives a notification at 80% and 100% of the monthly minute quota. New calls are not auto-transcribed until the quota is refilled. Recording continues as usual, and if you have AI Assist Basic, you can still perform manual transcriptions.

No. AI Assist Personal is designed to be private. There is no export via webhook or API. For sharing and integration, use AI Assist Business.

Personal is for individual users. Call notes are completely private and cannot be exported. Business, on the other hand, is designed for sharing, follows the same access model as your call recordings, and can be integrated with other systems via webhook.

Calls and AI analysis are processed within the EU. Recordings and transcripts follow your data policies and are deleted together according to your settings.
