Install from the Telavox admin portal

Go to the Telavox admin portal.
Navigate to App Directory in the left-hand sidebar.
Press “All applications“.
Press “Open” in the Companion-app for Teams- integration.
Here you can see both description and Installation guide. When you are ready press “Add”.

Get started

To get started, you need to install the app in Microsoft Teams.

Download the installation file.
Log in at admin.teams.microsoft.com.
Go to Teams apps / Manage apps.
Select Upload new app and choose the downloaded ZIP file.

Install Presence Sync

Go to the Telavox admin portal and open the App Directory tab.
Install the Microsoft Admin Connect app.
Install the Microsoft Presence Sync app.

Activate Presence Sync

When installing Presence Sync, choose to first activate “Set Teams presence” and then “Get Teams presence”.
Check that the Microsoft account is an admin account and that the email address matches the Telavox admin account.

If more than 650 users need to use Get Presence, connect an additional Microsoft account to support more users.
