When you’re busy in Telavox, you’re automatically marked as busy in Teams – and vice versa. Your status stays up to date in both services, so others can see when you’re available.
With the Telavox integration for Teams, you get full control over your call management directly in Teams, without having to switch apps.
To get started, you need to install the app in Microsoft Teams.
Go to the Telavox admin portal and open the App Directory tab.
Install the Microsoft Admin Connect app.
Install the Microsoft Presence Sync app.
When installing Presence Sync, choose to first activate “Set Teams presence” and then “Get Teams presence”.
Check that the Microsoft account is an admin account and that the email address matches the Telavox admin account.
If more than 650 users need to use Get Presence, connect an additional Microsoft account to support more users.
