Your role as a wholesaler

A wholesaler sells our products and services under the Flow brand or under your own brand. As a partner, you own the contact with the end customer, including invoicing, while we provide the telephony and our smart switchboard services.


You will receive marketing materials, but how you choose to package our products and services is up to you. This way you can build your own strong brand and business value.

What you can expect from us

We offer training and certification to give you everything you need, both in sales and technology. We provide you with marketing materials for you to customize to your brand. As a wholesaler, you will have contact with one of our experienced Key Account Managers (KAM), as well as access to a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for technical questions.

As a wholesaler, you sell our services to your own customer base, creating recurring revenue. As a wholesale customer, you will be supported by a personal Key Account Manager (KAM) and Technical Account Manager (TAM).

Help during sales calls

We can be present during your first sales calls and demonstrations of the services to help you, or just be on hand to answer technical questions. Your Key Account Manager will also support you in designing and closing deals.

Onboarding

You will quickly and easily learn about our product benefits, target groups and the customer journey through the Partner Program. You’ll gain insights into value-based selling, demand creation, service, support and joint strategic planning. You have an ongoing dialog and receive updates from your contact person.
