Many people are reluctant to change operators – precisely because they have bad experiences with transferring their phone number. But you don’t have to worry about that with Telavox, because with us, as an administrator, you can port phone numbers you own from an external operator to us.
How to:
Log in to the admin portal -> Administration -> Manage numbers -> Click on the plus button at the bottom right -> Select Port numbers to Telavox or Port number series to Telavox.
Fill in the form that pops up -> click on Send porting or Save. If you choose Send porting, a box will pop up with the cost of the move, and you will have to approve. Follow your porting on the left side of the browser under Porting. If you choose Save, you will find your porting on the left under Portings -> To send.
