About the company
Logex offers logistics services with a focus on food transportation to customers all over Norrland, with connecting scheduled services to Stockholm, Gothenburg and Skåne. The company also offers package solutions for warehousing, logistics and distribution based on customers’ specific needs and wishes.
The head office is located next to the company’s terminal in Umeå. Their terminals are located in Gävle, Sundsvall, Skellefteå and Luleå.
The challenge
With more than 100 vehicles on the road and even more employees around the country, it’s important that communication works. And to get help quickly, if problems arise. Frida Häggström is operations manager at Logex AB. She manages the company’s switchboard and telephony. When they were looking for a telephony provider, it was important for them to have a high level of service.
“We wanted to have our own contact person and not be shuffled around as is often the case with the largest telecom companies,” she says.

The choice of supplier fell on Telavox, largely because of the personal approach. With Telavox, Logex has a personal Customer Success Manager. His name is Martin Hansson and Frida finds the close contact invaluable.

“Martin has a very good knowledge of our group and our specific gear solution. We can do most things ourselves and Martin helps us if needed. He simply has everything under control. It makes communication extremely smooth,” says Frida.

“Whether I need to block a SIM card, add surfing or get new licenses, I can solve it myself. It’s incredibly easy,” says Frida.

The user-friendly interface of Telavox makes onboarding new users quick and easy.
“We have quite a few users. Most of them don’t even need any training – Telavox is so intuitive and easy to use,” says Frida.
Logex is growing at a rapid pace and new staff are constantly being hired, which places new and higher demands on availability, communication and customer service.
“The service grows with us as we develop. We see Telavox as a long-term partner that helps us solve challenges that arise along the way,” says Frida.
