How Call Transcription works

The feature is based on call recording. When a call ends, a full text version of the entire conversation is created automatically. For it to work, both call recording and transcription need to be activated in Telavox.

The transcription is linked to the call in Telavox and can be searched, shared, and, when needed, exported to other systems such as your CRM or ticketing solution. For switchboard and queue calls, the feature is used together with Telavox AI Assist.
