Many are reluctant to switch operators – precisely because they have had bad experiences transferring their phone number. But that’s nothing you need to worry about with Telavox, because with us, as an administrator, you can port phone numbers you own from an external operator to us yourself.
Here’s how to do it:
Log in to the admin portal -> Administration -> Manage numbers -> Click the plus button at the bottom right -> Select Port number to Telavox or Port number series to Telavox.
Fill in the form that pops up -> click Send porting or Save. If you select Send porting, a box will appear with the cost of the move, and you must approve. Follow your porting on the left side of the browser under Portings. If you select Save, you will find your porting on the left under Portings -> To send.
