Since our switchboard is integrated with national number directories, you can see who is calling – even if the contact is not saved. The agents in your switchboard can see if the person calling is using their landline or mobile number and if the person is calling from a queue. You can also choose which number you want to display when you call, or if you want to hide it completely. Specific numbers can also be blocked or prioritized. Use the company’s main number internally, with internal caller ID as an extension number.
