Loxodonta is something as unique as a family-owned consulting company. It began with the founder Lars-Erik Larson selling hardware, and gradually switched to selling IT services. Now Loxodonta operates in nine locations across the country and is run by daughter and CEO Jenny Larson, together with CEO Mattias Pettersson and CTO Fredrik Fritzon. Ercan estimates that the telephony product area has seen a 100% increase in turnover compared to 2018, which is a record. – “We have gained around 1,000 extensions and 20 new telephony customers. But our goal is not only for the customer to choose Loxodonta and Telavox once, our goal is for our customers to want to choose us for the next contract period.
