Telavox is a powerful communication service designed for the customer to have maximum self-sufficiency. The Customer is the Data Controller and Telavox will fulfill its obligations as a Data Processor under a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA). This document describes the available Data Controller functionality that Telavox offers to the End User and Administrator.
The following matrix describes the difference between an individual User and an Administrator and what personal data they can access.
