How Number Porting works
Number porting is handled directly in the Telavox admin portal. There you can start porting requests, track status, and manage single numbers or entire number ranges in the same view.
Porting can be submitted immediately or saved to be completed later. Once porting is underway, the current status is continuously shown in the portal, giving you a clear overview and full control throughout the process.
Before the porting date, the numbers can be assigned to the right user, license, and switchboard function in Telavox. That way, everything is prepared when the porting is carried out, and the transition is smooth for users.

Number porting is managed in the Telavox admin portal under Administration and Manage numbers. There you choose whether you want to port a single number or a number range, and submit the porting request when you’re ready.
