A quick and easy feature that makes it possible to automatically block all anonymous and unwanted calls. Blocking can be done for individual users or centrally for the entire organization via the admin portal.

How Block Numbers Works

With Block Numbers, you easily control which calls should be allowed through and which should be stopped. The feature makes it possible to block anonymous calls, specific numbers, or certain call types without affecting other telephony.

Anonymous calls can be blocked completely and stopped before they reach the user. Unknown numbers, however, can only be blocked and cannot be redirected further.

Block lists can be created for incoming calls based on predefined rules. Add recurring unwanted numbers, set rules per user or group, and create exceptions where certain features should still be able to receive calls.

Blocking can also be used for outgoing calls. This makes it possible to restrict calls to specific numbers or call types, such as premium or international calls.

All management takes place in Telavox, together with your company’s other telephony.
