Call Management makes it easy to handle multiple calls. Switch between incoming calls, park calls, take over calls from colleagues or groups, and set up hold music.
Call waiting
Activate ‘call waiting’ on both your mobile phone and in settings, or via feature codes.
Call waiting allows you to receive a new call while you are already on another call. You will receive a notification about the incoming call and can easily switch between calls without ending any.
Call parking
Park a call and retrieve it via softphone.
Call pickup
A colleague can answer a call that rings to another, unanswered extension.
Call Pickup – Group
Take over an incoming call to another member of your queue member group before it is answered.
Specific Call Pickup
Pick up a specific call from a colleague before it is answered.
Hold music
Set up music on hold in a queue or at user level, with the option to choose from a number of preset songs.
Switch calls
Users can switch calls between different devices using feature codes or via the interface.
