My overview

In the Telavox app, leaders and managers can get a quick overview of current staffing and queue status.

My Overview gathers important metrics for your queues directly in Telavox Softphone. In the switchboard tab, you can see how many calls are waiting and which colleagues are logged in or available.

Here you can see how the queues develop throughout the day and quickly detect when the load changes. My Overview simultaneously reflects how the switchboard is set up and, together with features like Call Strategy and Key Press, provides better insight into your call management.
