Speed dial makes it easier to make internal calls within the company. Each user can have a short number of 2–5 digits linked to their own extension.
The short number acts as a complement to the regular phone number, allowing colleagues to reach each other quickly without dialing the full number. By default, the short number can be automatically set to the last digits of the phone number, but it can also be customized as needed.
